Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Specific experience in early-stage startups is a non-negotiable Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry, proptech, including knowledge of workplace management and optimization Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Results-Oriented: A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets Responsibilities

As the founding seller for WorkplaceOS product sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the adoption of WorkplaceOS within the commercial real estate market You will be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth in a meaningful way This role involves a combination of strategic planning, hustle and grit to ensure the successful market penetration of WorkplaceOS BD / Sales Execution: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategically targeting key accounts and industries within the commercial real estate sector Sales Enablement: Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to support the messaging effectively communicating the value proposition of WorkplaceOS Relationship Management (both new and existing clients): Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, brokers (with existing clients), product team and decision-makers, understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how WorkplaceOS can add value to their operations Benefits
