Your Role
As a Regional Director of Business Development, you will be instrumental in driving expansion and revenue growth through the cross-selling of our cutting-edge solutions. Your expertise in selling and relationship development will be essential in identifying opportunities with targeted new prospects within the SNF market. You'll have the autonomy to understand client business goals, recognize buying signals, and uncover new ways for Partners In Hope to serve both new and existing customers. By offering innovative programs that surpass current clinical and mental health standards, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
New account and new revenue origination:
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
Prospect qualification:
Assess potential prospects to determine their suitability for our solutions.
Needs assessment:
Understand client business goals and identify their specific needs and pain points.
Competitive positioning:
Develop strategies to position our solutions effectively against competitors.
Needs-based proposal development:
Create compelling proposals tailored to each client's specific requirements.
Post-proposal issues resolution:
Address any concerns or issues that arise after submitting proposals.
Product line explanation/demonstration:
Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our product offerings.
Ongoing client networking, relationship building, and retention:
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
Creativity:
Generate imaginative and innovative solutions that meet the needs of the healthcare industry.
Tenacity:
Show persistence and determination to achieve sales objectives.
Resilience:
Remain effective in sales situations, even in the face of challenges or setbacks.
Education/Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (SNF) with some experience in a management position.
Presentation and Communication Skills:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills targeted towards a C-level audience.
Self-Motivation:
Ability to work with minimum supervision and remain self-motivated in achieving sales targets.
Education:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; an MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
Travel:
Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the United States.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Travel requirement:
Up to 50% travel
