General Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Hire, train, and manage staff members, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations. - Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensure weekly inventory is completed and on time for weekly review. - Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant. Skills: - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including P&L management, food handling, bartending, and food service management. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors. - Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during daily operations. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and scheduling.
