Your Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
- Shipping and Receiving: Assisting with unloading and checking in merchandise, assembling customer orders, and preparing shipments.
- Customer Interaction: Providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pick-ups.
- Safety and Organization: Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, properly marking materials, and ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Warehouse Management: Organizing the warehouse, reading and interpreting orders, and moving materials as needed.
- Documentation: Preparing and verifying shipping and receiving documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
