Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for everything from assembling orders to loading trucks, while also maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in shipping and receiving: unloading trucks, checking in merchandise
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare them for shipment (palletizing, boxing)
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner during deliveries and pickups
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards
• Label and identify materials accurately
• Weigh and count items for distribution
• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents
• Prepare and verify shipping and receiving paperwork
• Learn to operate a radio frequency (RF) scanner
• Lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Forklift experience or certification (preferred)
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
