TEKsystems is hiring: Vintage Security Tier 2 Tech in Jessup

Our client is looking to hire a self-motivated individual looking to grow their knowledge and experience in the physical security industry. They are looking for a service technician to provide tech support for existing residential customers through out the BAWA region. The Service technician will provide tier 2 support, provide virtual phone assistance to customers to help them trouble shoot their security systems. If they have exhausted all avenues of trouble shooting Vintage will send a technician out to correct any issues. The technician will assess tickets, receive in coming calls from customers and prioritize challenges.

A technician that wants to grow a career, further their knowledge and education, and can install, test, and troubleshoot, Access Control, CCTV, network equipment, and smart home automation technologies. They are also looking for somebody to provide top notch customer service.

-Responsibilities and Duties: Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of Security, AV and Home automation systems.
-They need to have programming and trouble shooting experience with Honeywell, Concord, Vista, Qualsys, and Alarm.com systems.
- They need to be cool under pressure and provide top customer service.
