Job Summary/Company: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investigator to join our team. This role requires a keen ability to develop and implement strategic plans for cybersecurity, counterintelligence, law enforcement, or insider threat programs. There are multiple openings at multiple clearance levels, up to and including TS SCI with a Poly

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investigative roles, preferably related to insider threats or counterintelligence.
  • Proven experience in conducting and leading detailed and complex investigations, including conduct of witness and subject interviews, evidence collection, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document processes and findings comprehensively.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to investigations and insider threats.
  • Use of sophisticated investigative techniques.
  • Experience in leading teams of investigators.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in cybersecurity, intelligence, criminal justice, international relations, or another relevant field.
  • Experience working in an investigative role in local, state, federal law enforcement
  • Attendance at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Criminal Investigator Training Program (CITP), FBI New Agent Training, or comparable formal training
  • Experience working with or within the United States Intelligence Community (USIC).
  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
  • Experience with variety of investigative toolsets such as M365 Suite/MS Purview, EDR, SIEM, Log Analysis, Network Traffic, DLP, IAM, and/or File Integrity Manager
  • Experience with digital forensics and evidence collection.
  • Knowledge of behavioral analysis and psychology related to insider threats.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large organization or government agency.
  • Familiarity with various investigative tools and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Eligibility for Top Secret/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
