ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Northwest Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading biopharmaceutical company pioneering breakthrough therapies for rare genetic diseases. Our preferred client has spent over two decades developing innovative treatments that transform patient lives. We're seeking a talented Associate Director to lead their Musculoskeletal Therapeutic (MSK) Area in vivo research initiatives.

Your Impact & Contributions:
Lead and advance the portfolio of in vivo MSK studies across the Therapeutic Area
Drive innovation in skeletal disease research through hands-on scientific leadership
Manage and develop a high-performing team of in vivo scientists
Shape research strategy through collaboration with senior leadership
Guide critical FDA filings and regulatory documentation
Establish and optimize in vivo methods and techniques
Direct external CRO partnerships and collaborations
What You Bring to Succeed:
Strong foundation in skeletal biology with proven research expertise
Track record of successful in vivo research leadership
Experience managing and developing scientific talent
Expertise in rodent model development and colony management
Proficiency with advanced in vivo methods and imaging techniques
Strategic mindset balanced with hands-on technical capabilities
Excellent project management and communication skills
PhD in relevant field with 7+ years post-PhD experience
