About Us
U.S. Main Patrol Division is an up-and-coming Security Firm that provides services to various companies in Washington D.C. and Maryland.

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all security operations. You will assist in developing the companys security policies and procedures, while managing assigned security personnel. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with demonstrated experience in the safety and security field. We are looking for hardworking, motivated, driven individuals to work evenings, overnights, and weekends as necessary. The applicant should have at least three years of security experience.

To qualify for this position, you must have one of the following:

  • DC SPO Commission
  • Maryland Guard Card
  • Department of Criminal Justice Service Card
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures
  • Assist in creating and monitoring the security operations budget
  • Hire, train, and supervise security personnel
  • Understand the security needs of the organization
  • Create and implement security procedures for specific events
  • Review incident reports created by security personnel
  • Resolve security breaches or incidents
  • Retrieve timesheets to facilitate the timely and accurate completion of the payroll process.
  • Engaging with clients in a professional and customer-centric manner, to ensure they are satisfied with services.
  • Perform security post checks to ensure office compliance within their designated jurisdictions.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with security technology and equipment (cameras, alarms, etc)
  • Understanding of best practices in security protocols
  • Experience with emergency response planning
  • Possess a valid driver's license with an exemplary driving history
  • High level of integrity
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour
