We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our product development team. You will play a key role in solving complex problems in identity verification, fraud, risk mitigation, real estate, and financial services by leveraging our big data solutions. Our product suite includes a broad spectrum of API, web app, mobile, and batch solutions that enable comprehensive identity research. Responsibilities:
Drive the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring software engineering processes run smoothly and delivery and quality milestones are met. Collaborate with senior management to understand current and future challenges and design processes to help achieve organizational goals. Define and drive the development roadmap in partnership with Executive Management, Product Development, and Sales teams. Manage the prioritization and scheduling of software development tasks using industry best practices such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in technical program, project, or development management. Familiarity with multiple development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and their practical applications. Direct experience working with engineering teams to plan and execute multiple concurrent projects. Exceptional communication and project management skills with a strong focus on customer delivery. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams of highly talented and independent individuals. Deep understanding of software development and a proven track record of delivering software on time.
