BULLDOG SECURITY LLC is hiring: Security Officer in Memphis

• Reporting: Recording observations, incidents, and surveillance footage in daily reports 

• Following procedures: Ensuring compliance with government regulations and following procedures for fire prevention, traffic control, and accident investigations 

• Operating equipment: Using X-ray machines, metal detectors, radios, and video monitors 

• Performing first aid: Providing CPR or first aid when needed 

• Protecting property: Guarding against theft, vandalism, and other safety issues 
• Enforcing laws: Detaining violators and responding to emergencies 
• Monitoring: Watching surveillance cameras, patrolling property, and inspecting buildings and equipment 
• Controlling access: Permitting or denying entry to employees and visitors, and directing traffic 
• Investigating: Looking into incidents, suspicious activity, and security breaches 

Security officers should be able to stay calm under pressure, respond quickly, and have good written and oral communication skills. They should also be comfortable standing, walking, bending, carrying, and kneeling for long periods of time.
