THE WORK
Develop, administer, and audit security programs to ensure compliance with government regulations for protecting classified material and export-controlled data. Implement and manage security programs in alignment with government and corporate policies, supporting Collateral Programs' security requirements. Study and apply federal security regulations like NISPOM, working closely with U.S. Government customers to ensure contract execution and seek approvals. Oversee program quality, schedule, and cost while maintaining security standards. Prepare manuals and establish procedures for handling classified materials, conduct security training, investigate violations, and provide risk-managed security solutions. Handle clearance processing, support classified meetings, and manage customer visits.
This position will function as the Program Security Representative for various programs as well as support other security disciplines. Provide day to day security oversight, support and guidance to Program personnel to successfully execute each contracts security requirements. As the Program Security Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for the identification, development, implementation, and oversight of each program's security compliance to include Transportation Plans, Technology Control Plans, International classified transfers, Foreign National visits, etc. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company and program operations. Prepares education and awareness materials for employees. Other duties and schedule accommodations may be assigned as appropriate. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the RMS Security and Emergency Services Classification Management role through the maintenance of government contracting processes for lifecycle management of Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD Form 254s), including prime and subcontracts in coordination with the RMS Business Area Centralized Team
Tracking of contracts and subcontracts via a Security Information Management System, auditing of active and closed efforts and other tools to ensure NISPOM and RMS policy compliance.
Support Program Management and Subcontracts personnel in the development of subcontract DD Form 254s
Site Lead responsible for coordination with the Lockheed Martin Security Operations Center on all matters regarding employee and consultant personnel clearances
Process and monitor consultant agreements as well as conduct associated security education and security briefings. Serve as the facility point-of-contact for employee separations from the facility, to include administration of debriefings and associated records maintenance
Write detailed reports of audit and review results and presents findings to leadership and peer groups
Basic Qualifications:
-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Knowledge of security requirements of the NISPOM and government contracting process.
-Demonstrated problem solving and metrics analysis ability
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Problem solving skills and root cause analysis
-Ability to research information and summarize review and audit data
-Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Desired Skills:
-Final in-scope Top Secret Security Clearance
-Knowledge and use of the Security Information Management System (SIMS), Global Classification Management tool, NISS and ECE
-SharePoint and Dashboard experience
-Experience in giving presentations to a variety of audiences
-Excellent written and oral presentation skills
-Ability to collaborate and partner with employees and customers at all levels
-Ability to research information, identify trends, recommend solutions and present results
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
