Position Overview
The Loan Partner oversees the lead intake and management. This role is in direct communication with clients, realtors, builders, and business partners.
Job Responsibilities
Set, manage, and confirm all appointments for client meetings with Loan Officer and/or LP II for loan applications; communicate items to bring in for appointment etc. Maintain up to date lead tracker with all leads, ensure follow up attempts are made until appointment is set. Track and manage new leads and follow up on referral business. Assist Loan Officer with call backs to prospects that need a phone consult prior to a face-to-face meeting. Call and obtain conditions from borrowers and realtors. Update referral partners on status of leads received, ensuring customer satisfaction. Communicate to the team all information pertaining to client and/or property to meet file expectations. Maintain a 40% or higher conversion rate from lead to appointment. Manage documentation and collect application; accurately assess a borrower’s income, assets, and credit. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Skills
High school diploma or equivalent. NMLS License Required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008. Proficient in DU/DO, LP, & major Origination systems. Proficient with major correspondent and wholesale channels and guidelines, including websites and pricing engines. Experience in a customer service and/or cold calling environment. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
