Role: Pueo has an opportunity for an experienced TS/SCI cleared Physical Security Specialist to support our customer in Arlington, VA. Physical Security Specialists provide dedicated support.

Responsibilities:

• Accreditation documentation is submitted and maintained with the AO by Physical Security Specialists *Construction Records Management and COOP site facility management,
• Accreditation and maintaining 100+ secure facilities (to include SCIFs), requires a dedicated Physical Security Specialist,
• Conducting physical security inspections, identifying vulnerabilities, AO compliance for 100+ secure facilities, requires a dedicated Physical Security Specialist,
• Perform random bag inspection inbound/outbound of SCIF's,
• Handle, store, mark, and secure classified material up to and including TS/SCI level,
• Assist with physical security issues and any inspections,
• Manage facility access control by ensuring only authorized individuals have facility access,
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of WHS SCIF locations and administrative procedures and verify clearances for all visitors and command members as necessary,
• Process incoming visit requests via the DISS for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral visit requests for assigned personnel.

Qualifications:

• An active TS/SCI clearance,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Physical Security role, within government or military sectors, with expertise in accreditation documentation, construction records management, COOP site facility management, knowledge of accreditation and maintaining secure facilities, federal record policy, risk assessments, problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills,
• Ability to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations,
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience supporting medium scale DoD organizations,
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications skills,
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite of products.
