The Whitney M. Young Job Corps Center is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to work at our location in Simpsonville, KY.

Job Summary: Directs staff engaged in providing security for the Center. Responsible for effectively planning, developing, implementing, overseeing, and integrating safety and security programs. Ensures departmental programs and standards meet all DOL, PRH, and Center requirements.

Experience: Minimum of three years security experience, one of which was in a supervisor capacity.

Education: Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree in safety/business management preferred. At least one year in a residential living setting and background in youth programs or law enforcement is preferred. Safety related training preferred. Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree on a year-for-year basis.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid State Driver's License – Class CDL
