We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager, Social Media to lead our social media strategy across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement to increase brand visibility, drive organic growth, and enhance customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale social media campaigns, leading agencies and teams, and using data analytics to make strategic decisions. You will oversee the day-to-day management of social media channels, coordinate with cross-functional teams, oversee global agencies, and ensure alignment with broader marketing and business goals.

Strategy Development:
Create and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and activity.
Campaign & Agency Management:
Oversee social media campaigns across platforms and manage global agencies to ensure seamless execution.
Content Creation & Curation:
Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to produce engaging, consistent content across all channels.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key social metrics, providing insights and optimizing strategies based on data.
Social Listening:
Monitor online conversations to understand customer sentiment and trends, engaging proactively to enhance brand image.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure social media aligns with broader marketing and business goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the social media team and internal advocates on content creation and platform-specific strategies.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay informed on social media trends, algorithm changes, and innovations to keep the company ahead.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
6+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Bitly).
Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Adobe, native platform analytics).
Fluent in G-suite (Sheets, Slides), Smartsheets.
Demonstrated success in scaling social media presence and managing large campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid social campaigns.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships, a strong plus.
Knowledge of graphics (motion, static), content and content management systems, a strong plus.
Experience in the tech industry, B2B marketing, a strong plus.
The annual base salary range is: $172,000 – $259,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
