This role is pivotal in driving disruptive and culturally relevant partnerships that will elevate our e.l.f.’s presence in the market. If you are passionate about crafting unconventional collaborations that break the mold and resonate with contemporary culture, we want you to be a key player in our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Disruptive Partnership Strategy: - Develop and execute a visionary brand partnership strategy that challenges norms and introduces disruptive elements to our marketing approach. - Identify and prioritize partnerships that not only align with Brand X's values but also push boundaries and capture the attention of our target audience. Speed of Culture: - Partnerships are rooted in cultural relevance and entertainment, ensuring that collaborations resonate with diverse audiences across industries. - Move at the speed of culture to identify trends, subcultures, and emerging influences to inform partnership opportunities that lean into our disruptive, entertainment-led ethos. Relationship Builder: - Foster strong relationships with partners from concept through go-to-market execution to deliver robust 360 marketing plans. - Build cross functional relationships with internal e.l.f. stakeholders including R&D, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing & Operations. Innovative Brand Representation: - Act as a bold brand ambassador, pushing creative boundaries to ensure partnerships are not just aligned but set new standards in brand representation. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate disruptive and culturally relevant elements seamlessly across all partnership channels and campaigns. Strategic Network & Proactive Outreach: - Proactively build and maintain a wide network of industry contacts, influencers, and potential partners to tap into for innovative collaboration opportunities. - Leverage your extensive network to identify emerging trends, cultural shifts, and new players in the market that align with e.l.f.’s disruptive and culturally relevant brand ethos. - Utilize your network to initiate proactive outreach and cultivate new partnerships that align with the e.l.f.’s partnership strategy. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with a strong emphasis in identifying and developing brand partnerships. - Extensive network within the marketing and partnership landscape, with a proven ability to identify and cultivate new relationships that align with brand objectives. - Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing high-profile partnerships that have demonstrated a tangible impact on brand visibility and market share. - In-depth understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and the ability to anticipate and leverage shifts in the market to inform partnership strategies. - Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to measure the success and ROI of partnerships, using metrics to drive continuous improvement. - A portfolio of successful partnerships that showcase your ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative and groundbreaking campaigns. - Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring a team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. - A passion for staying on the cutting edge of marketing trends, technologies, and cultural movements, and a commitment to bringing fresh and forward-thinking ideas to the table. $165,000 - $185,000 a year
