Ensure adequate staffing through recruitment, as well as maintain staff education standards, communication, and evaluation on a regular basis.
Act as liaison between staff, volunteers, and the Board of Directors. This includes acting as a resource for any escalated volunteer issues or staff disputes that require higher-level resolution, as well as working closely with Board of Directors and committees, informing, assessing and addressing issues that affect Sarge’s.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain smooth daily operations at Sarge's. Serve as Emergency Coordinator in their absence as needed, ensuring effective execution of emergency plans.
Aid in the development and implementation of a strategic planning process for Sarge’s, including the development of annual program objectives. Ensure quality improvement of programs by conducting program evaluations and compiling monthly statistical reports reflecting program activities, outcomes, attendance and participation.
Major emphasis should be placed on creating and executing a robust and diverse fundraising strategy, inclusive of major donors, business partnerships, foundations, events, and other creative revenue streams.
