About the Role:
As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our company, interacting with patients and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Phlebotomy: Accurately and efficiently draw blood samples from patients of all ages.
• Patient Interaction: Build rapport with patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.
• Specimen Processing: Prepare and process blood samples for laboratory testing.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.

What You'll Need:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Certification: Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
