Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services RepresentativeLocation: Temecula, CADuration: 3 months ContractWork Type: OnsitePay Range: $22 - $27/hrShift/Time Zone: Monday-Friday 8 am -4:30pm with rotating Saturdays 8am-12pm.About the Role:As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our company, interacting with patients during routine health checks and critical health decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include: Accurate Blood Draws: Skillfully draw quality blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring precision and patient comfort. Specimen Preparation: Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing, adhering to strict protocols and procedures. Exceptional Patient Care: Create a welcoming and reassuring environment, explaining procedures clearly and patiently. Efficient Operations: Contribute to a smooth workflow by completing tasks accurately and timely. Compliance and Safety: Prioritize patient confidentiality and safety by following established guidelines.What You'll Need: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, and Washington) Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience Preferred Qualifications: Medical assistant or paramedic training One or more years of phlebotomy experience Customer service experience in retail or service industry Keyboard and data entry skills Key Competencies: Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime Why Join Us?
