Your primary responsibilities will include: Patient Interaction: Building rapport and trust with patients, explaining procedures clearly, and creating a positive experience. Phlebotomy: Accurately and efficiently drawing blood samples from patients of all ages, adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Specimen Processing: Preparing and processing blood samples for laboratory testing.
