THE ROLE
The Operations Specialist - Legal Compliance Enterprise Risk Management (LCERM) supports the LCERM Division with projects and deliverables needed to carry out their responsibilities. This role will focus on carrying out responsibilities related to different programs such as the vendor renewal, onboarding, business continuity and fund and corporate invoicing programs operating with well established guidelines while taking direction from Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Collaborate with cross functional teams (including Distribution, IT, Finance and Business Continuity as well as other various business units) supporting interdepartmental processes, initiatives and programs. Provide support for Software products used by the LCERM Division (Microsoft, DocuSign, eDocs, Litera Compare, etc.) and act as a liaison with helpdesk on support incidents. Create and maintain documentation such as procedures, quick reference guides and other operational support documentation process workflows. Assist various LCERM operations work streams with meeting planning and preparation. Support Division wide processes such as the legal invoicing process, business continuity plan management, budget matters, annual membership renewals and vendor onboarding and renewal process. Collaborate with general administrative functions such as document signature, draft correspondence, as well as management and filing/scanning documents. Provide widespread support to LCERM and assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 0-2+ years of experience. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced, high growth department. Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams within the company. Ability to perform routine assignments using existing guidelines. Pro-actively identify issues, to escalate to sr. position and team lead. Ability to seek support to move projects forward by gaining support needed from others while working in a cross-functional role. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
