We are in search of a Customer Service professional to join our team located in Hialeah, Florida. The role will primarily focus on managing front desk operations, assisting the HR department, and coordinating companywide announcements. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:


• Oversee the front desk, manage visitor access and gate control

• Handle companywide announcements

• Assist the HR department in various activities

• Participate in Job fairs

• Support with new hire welcome process

• Manage supply orders for the entire company

• Utilize Spanish language skills to cater to bilingual customers

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer records

• Deliver high-quality customer service in all interactions

• Assist in other receptionist duties as required
