We are offering an opportunity for an Entry Level candidate in the Financial Services industry, based in Miami, Florida. The role involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. This position also requires monitoring of customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary.


Responsibilities:


• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Investigate unusual patterns or suspicious activity from transaction monitoring systems thoroughly

• Analyze client transactional behavior against expected norms and investigate inconsistencies

• Follow up on flagged transactions and conduct due diligence to determine their legitimacy

• Document your findings in a clear and concise manner for review by senior staff or regulatory bodies as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to collect necessary information pertaining to customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD)

• Stay updated with AML regulations and apply them effectively in day-to-day operations

• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with new regulatory requirements and best practices in AML compliance

• Work closely with the technology team to optimize transaction monitoring systems for optimal performance.

• Proficiency in popular spreadsheet software including formulas

• Demonstrated ability in Critical Thinking

• Knowledge of Banking software

• Proficiency in popular office software suites

• Strong skills in Data Entry, including High-Volume Data Entry and Numeric Data Entry

• Comfortable with Computer Data Entry

• Ability to Perform Data Entry tasks effectively
