Job Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in North Miami Beach, Florida. This role operates within a dynamic environment and demands a high level of attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing sales orders, maintaining customer records, and handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner
• Keep track of order statuses from the point of sale to delivery
• Collaborate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure orders are delivered on time
• Address customer inquiries pertaining to their orders
• Update and manage customer profiles with order status, changes, and other relevant information
• Document and handle customer returns or issues
• Communicate with sales and logistics teams to expedite orders when necessary
• Maintain comprehensive records related to sales orders and customer accounts
• Adhere to company policies and regulations related to order processing
