We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in Doral, Florida, for a Customer Service Representative 3. This role involves working in an exciting and dynamic industry where you will be interacting with customers, providing information regarding our products and services, and handling any complaints or inquiries. You will also be expected to maintain accurate customer records and process applications with precision.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately processing customer credit applications
• Maintaining and updating customer credit records
• Responding to customer inquiries about orders, shipment tracing, and returned goods
• Referring customers to appropriate resources such as inbound sales, billing, and technical support
• Documenting customer concerns and forwarding complaint trends to appropriate departments
• Using internal databases to answer customer questions and carry out data entry tasks
• Writing internal and external non-technical documentation
• Determining customer eligibility for technical support and transferring requests to technical support queues
• Managing your time effectively and working independently
• Utilizing computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.• Proficient in Customer Service
• Demonstrated ability in Data Entry
• Knowledge of Office Functions
• Experience with Technical Support
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Ability to work with Databases
• Familiarity with "About Time" software
• Experience in Billing processes
• Knowledge of Shipping Functions
• Proven skills in Complaint Handling
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to Answer customer queries effectively

• Experience in Resolving Customer Complaints
