We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative role in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This role is crucial within our manufacturing industry setting, as you will act as a vital link between our customers and our team, overseeing customer issues until they are fully resolved.


Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer credit applications are processed accurately and swiftly

• Uphold accurate customer credit records

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action

• Assist new customers during the onboarding process, guiding them through our business procedures

• Maintain up-to-date and detailed information on each customer account, keeping Territory Sales Managers informed about all activities related to each account

• Conduct outbound check-in calls to build and strengthen customer relationships

• Provide technical product information as needed to answer customer technical inquiries, recommend alternative materials or products, and refer complex technical inquiries to the appropriate divisional personnel

• Keep up-to-date product offering and lead time information

• Provide current pricing information as required

• Use routine exception reports to monitor orders and intervene when necessary to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

• Notify customers and sales representatives proactively about potential missed shipments and revised dates on customer orders

• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner by investigating issues and preparing/processing credit memos, debit memos, and return material authorizations

• Improve customer experience proactively and share relevant customer feedback to help us enhance our offerings

• Evaluate our customer support processes, devise improvements, measure results, and iterate.uyahog

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, able to effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers
• Accurate data entry skills, with attention to detail and the ability to input and manage customer information efficiently
• Excellent email correspondence skills, capable of crafting detail oriented and clear responses to customer inquiries
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to use the software for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Experience with order entry, capable of processing customer orders accurately and promptly
