We are seeking a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution industry located in Hudson, Ohio. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with the responsibility of managing client interactions, maintaining accurate customer records, and processing customer requests. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:


• Efficiently process customer requests, including order placement, billing inquiries, part repairs, and returns.

• Respond to inbound customer service calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

• Collaborate with team members to foster a constructive team environment and contribute to team efforts.

• Update and maintain the accuracy of customer data, order information, and case details in all appropriate systems.

• Offer guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers for websites and other systems.

• Attend necessary training and meetings to keep abreast of product knowledge, policies, and procedures.

• Record customer interactions meticulously, documenting significant details and resolutions.

• Ensure readiness to work at your workstation for assigned shifts.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or personnel for additional assistance.

• Demonstrate a detail-oriented attitude, aiming to establish a positive connection with every customer.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls efficiently.
• Demonstrable experience in a call center customer service environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing time and resources efficiently.
