We are inviting applications for the role of a Customer Service Representative in our team, located in GREENSBORO, North Carolina. The role is a short-term contract opportunity within the Staffing & Recruitment industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and performing data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions
• Enter customer data accurately into the system
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain customer records
• Process customer credit applications with a high level of accuracy
• Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries
• Ensure all customer accounts are up-to-date and take appropriate action when necessary
• Foster strong relationships with customers through detail oriented and timely email correspondence
• Process order entries accurately and efficiently
• Monitor customer accounts, identifying and addressing any issues proactively.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls
• Experience in a call center customer service role
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer issues and queries
• Proficiency in data entry tasks
• Ability to manage email correspondence in a detail oriented manner
• Knowledge and experience with order entry procedures
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in the staffing and recruitment industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
