Job Description
Robert Half is currently working with a client on their search for a Customer Service Manager with non-profit experience. As the Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the proper processing and entry of warehouse inventory. This candidate will also direct data management, prepare documentation for packaging, prepare monthly tracking reports, draft internal correspondence, maintain customer records, and assist other departments as needed for customer service functions. The ideal candidate for this role should have corporate customer service experience, strong multi-tasking capabilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

The ideal Customer Service Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Customer Service Manager role include and are not limited to:
· 1+ years of customer service or dispatch experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Distribution/logistics industry experience preferred
· Strong multitasking abilities
