• Deescalate any tense situations with customers in a detail oriented manner.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and in a detail oriented way, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Execute data entry tasks, ensuring all customer records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing top-notch customer service.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule appointments as necessary, keeping an organized and efficient schedule.
• Maintain open and effective communication via email correspondence with customers.• Proven experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with email correspondence, showcasing excellent written communication abilities
• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating a proactive approach
