We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Credit Union industry in BALTIMORE, Maryland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, you will oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records
• Communicate daily with customers to provide updates and expectations throughout the loan process
• Inform customers about Home Equity products and respond to all inquiries
• Use internal reports and dashboards to maintain required service levels and ensure all daily tasks are completed
• Collaborate with other team members in Home Equity and other business areas
• Help customers with home equity loan documents, including processing incoming documents, title, and appraisal reports
• Address customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Oversee customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
• Carry out data entry tasks to keep customer records updated.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively through email correspondence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in order entry processes.
• Capability to schedule appointments effectively and maintain an organized schedule.
