Job Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to interact directly with customers, handle their inquiries and requests, and ensure their experience with us is positive and helpful. You will also be tasked with maintaining customer records, processing customer applications, and monitoring customer accounts.
Responsibilities
• Engage with customers across various inbound customer requests and inquiries, including website assistance, escrow, and processing payoffs.
• Demonstrate a positive, courteous, and helpful attitude in every interaction with our customers.
• Offer homeowners refinancing opportunities and refer eligible ones to our Originations department.
• Utilize our internal software platform effectively and contribute towards system improvement recommendations.
• Understand and employ escalation paths for different types of calls, routing them to the appropriate internal parties.
• Strive to meet performance expectations consistently.
• Proven experience in Call Center Customer Service
• Demonstrated ability to deliver Superior Customer Service
• Proficiency in handling and resolving customer service-related issues
• Familiarity with Mortgage Documents and their processing a plus but not required
• Understanding of Mortgage Operations and relevant procedures a plus but not required
• Experience in Mortgage Servicing, including loan administration, escrow management, and payment processing a plus but not required
• Knowledge of Mortgages, including different types, terms, and eligibility criteria a plus but not required
