As part of our Wholesale Distribution team, you'll be entrusted with handling customer inquiries across multiple platforms, keeping customer records up-to-date, and processing orders and quotes.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns

• Must possess strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in email correspondence, demonstrating excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, showing the ability to multitask.
