Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone or email
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Schedule appointments as needed
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain customer records and data
• Manage customer accounts and conduct necessary actions
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls• Experience in Call Center Customer Service
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Skilled in email correspondence and able to maintain professionalism in written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints and queries efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in various situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
