A client of ours is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their growing team. The client is located in PARK RIDGE, Illinois area. As part of our team, you will focus on maintaining customer relationships, managing data entry tasks, and multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately processing customer purchase orders.
• Maintaining and updating customer records efficiently.

• Gradually transitioning into a role with more client interaction after receiving adequate training.

• Demonstrating reliability and commitment to the role.
• Bringing any relevant food industry experience to enhance service delivery.
• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure resolution.
• Proficient in data entry tasks, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving team goals.
