We are looking for a diligent Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team. This role is based in Medley, Florida, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will take on a variety of tasks, including assisting customers via phone, resolving issues related to their orders, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism and empathy at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to customers over the phone regarding their orders
• Resolve any problems or issues that customers may encounter
• Ensure punctuality and efficiency in all tasks
• Be a quick learner to adapt to the needs of the role
• Maintain a typing speed of 40+wpm for multitasking and email correspondences
• Be prepared to work in different shifts as per the requirement
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Maintain a high level of empathy while dealing with customer issues.• Demonstrated experience in a Call Center Customer Service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
• Ability to effectively resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
• Willingness to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
• High level of patience when dealing with challenging customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
