We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in MONTEBELLO, California. In this role, you will manage customer orders and inquiries, maintain customer records, and assist with logistics coordination. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer orders via email and over the phone.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer records with accurate information.
• Assist in logistics and shipping tasks as needed.
• Use Microsoft Excel and specific software to manage and organize data.
• Provide backup support to the receptionist when necessary.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with other departments as required.• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
• Proven experience in answering inbound calls
• Previous work in a call center customer service environment
• Strong skills in data entry
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently
