We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls and providing exceptional service to our members and providers.
Specific Duties:
- Answer 50-70 inbound calls daily.
- Resolve member and provider inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate claims disposition.
- Update and provide authorization status.
- Master internal department workflow processes.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
