Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls and providing exceptional service to our members and providers.

Specific Duties:

  1. Answer 50-70 inbound calls daily.
  2. Resolve member and provider inquiries efficiently.
  3. Provide accurate claims disposition.
  4. Update and provide authorization status.
  5. Master internal department workflow processes.
  6. Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
