Job Description *
Insight Global is looking for a remote customer service representative for one of their largest healthcare clients located in Southern California.
Specific Duties:
1. Answer 50-70 Inbound Calls daily
2. Resolve Member Inquiries
3. Provide Copay-Coinsurance information
4. Provide Authorization status
5. Provide Network information
6. Handle Member Complaints
7. Master internal department workflow processes
6. Ability to demonstrate Empathy/Compassion
MUST WORK PST HOURS 8:30am - 5:00pm PST, Monday - Friday
5-6 month contract with potentials for extension and conversion!
