Insight Global is looking to hire customer service call center professionals to join a large customer support team for a unique opportunity to help Maryland Medicaid and social services customers. This is a 3-month temporary opportunity with opportunity for extension and conversion to a permanent employee.

 

Because this is a remote role and handles sensitive material, it is imperative to have a private/secure workspace with a door, in addition to a hard-wired internet connection (40MBps download/10mbps upload), like DSL or cable, in place.

 

This is contract opportunity with competitive hourly compensation and opportunity for benefits.

 

Please note that this role requires a background check and fingerprinting.

 

Call Center Responsibilities:

  • Assisting individuals information and support regarding health care benefits, Medicaid, EBT/SNAP programs, etc.
  • Providing accurate and consistent information
  • Providing quality customer service and support

 

Call Center Qualifications for the position include:

  • Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications
  • Ability to consistently meet call volume and call handling time expectations
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus
