We're looking for a "CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST" who will work with our truck parts manufacturer.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20-22 hourly

 Responsibilities:

-Provide customer service by quoting , placing orders into SAP

-ERP system , investigating and resolving issues, and responding to customer/sales inquiries and creating deliveries to warehouses for the customer shipments.

-Provide customer service and sales / after sales support , responding all customers questions ,sending regular reports to customers.

-Process returns and pricing , creating customer accounts.

-Archiving invoices , packing list and other shipment documents , sharing them with customer contacts for their each shipments and with accounting department for bank audits.

-Assist in preparing inventory management , backorder , free stock etc .reports

-Support all departments with management reporting, as well as providing backup documentation to internal and external customers .

-Support the sales team through reports about customers activities, purchasing habits, pricing, etc.

-Interface with service providers in matters related to imports, exports, customs clearance, etc
