Swoon is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a major company in the US

  • Location: Brighton, MI 
  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Pay Rate: $29/h

Responsibilities:

  • Routine customer service support with accounts receivables and payables
  • Pay all vendor invoices, checking for appropriate GL codes, approvals & purchase orders
  • Filing customer, vendor invoices
  • Order entry and Customer service for satellite locations
  • Update paper logs and pricing
  • Manage open PO Maintenance
  • Create and prepare documents and spreadsheets for accruals
  • Process incoming / outgoing mail
  • Answer telephones in a courteous manner, routes calls, take messages, answers routine inquiries, and provides general information, greets, and directs visitors
