Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour

Job Summary: Coordinate and manage order processing, shipping logistics, and customer inquiries with strong time management and computer skills.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in time management, including clocking in, organizing email, and adhering to break/lunch schedules.
- Strong basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems daily.
- Previous experience with computer applications such as MS Outlook and data entry software.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, especially during peak seasons.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment and related products (training provided).
- Experience in customer service, especially in non-call center environments.
- Basic knowledge of order entry, quote entry, and inventory look-up processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to parts and equipment via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring accurate tracking of shipments.
- Enter orders and quotes into systems, checking inventory availability and processing transactions.
- Refer unresolved customer issues to appropriate departments for further investigation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Participate in weekly Teams meetings to discuss updates and team coordination.
