Robert Half is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for our client in Westborough, MA. In this role you will be responsible for managing inbox requests, answering calls, data entry, spreadsheet management, tracking requests, scheduling, and customer outreach. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a detail-oriented industry
• Proficient in managing inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively and efficiently
• Demonstrated skills in data entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed
• Experience in scheduling tasks, appointments, or meetings, with an ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customers
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in related fields would be a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable manner
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other related tools
• Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with various departments to meet customer needs
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, keeping up-to-date with the latest customer service trends and best practices.
