As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing specific customer requests related to inspection and service of fire protection systems.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and schedule service and inspection of customer sites on demand
• Maintain profitable margins on work orders
• Be the primary customer service contact for assigned account(s)
• Maintain accurate and efficient subcontractor relations and negotiate rates as needed
• Resolve customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding work orders efficiently
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to maintain accurate customer records and process customer credit applications
• Develop and maintain client relations through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Ensure proper documentation and order entry for all customer-related transactions
• Cross-train to perform any job occupation as determined by the company.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Account Management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with Order Entry processes
• Ability to build and maintain Client Relations
• Excellent Documentation skills
• Prior experience in a Construction/Contractor industry is preferred
