We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Amherst, Massachusetts. This role is primarily focused on providing exemplary customer service in a call center setting, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer applications and data entry, and maintaining precise customer records.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide top-notch customer service in a call center environment.
• Accurately process customer applications.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and record keeping.
• Efficiently handle email correspondence with customers.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the system.
• Schedule appointments as required.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary.• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and another language
• Experience in a call center, customer service role
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to correspond professionally through email
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in order entry
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage a calendar
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve customer issues in a courteous manner
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask
• Willingness to work in different shifts to accommodate customers in various time zones.
