The primary function of this role involves assisting customers through various communication channels, including phone calls and emails, and accurately inputting information into our system. The role demands a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers over the phone to understand their queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Efficiently handle email correspondence with customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
• Accurately perform data entry tasks, inputting customer information into the system.
• Schedule appointments as needed, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the team.
• Maintain a high level of service by answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Utilize customer service software to track customer interactions and inquiries.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customers' needs are met.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain records and generate reports.
• Ensure accurate order entry, making necessary corrections as required.
• Monitor customer accounts, taking necessary action as per company guidelines.• Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette
• Experience in a call center customer service role is essential
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high quality customer experiences
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Skilled in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required
• Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing time and resources
