Manufacturing Company- in Sacramento is looking ASAP- (2) experienced Customer Service Representatives.

SCHEDULE:
Monday- Thursday: 8am- 5pm
Friday: 7am- 4:30pm

PAY: $18/hour

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Must be able to manage multiple phone lines.
• Provide quality customer service support for all customers by expediting material orders.
• Process and review customer orders.
• Communicate professionally with customers, both internal and external, regarding product and product questions, orders and potential orders.
• Support the order process by professionally communicating with the customer, outside sales, production personnel, and expediting.
