About the role You will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone (inbound/outbound) and email. Provide financial solutions for our loyal customers. Maintaining client and contact register utilising internal software systems. Have an understanding of and working towards individual targets. Offer friendly and compassionate service to our valuable customers. About you You will be a quick learner with the ability to solve complex problems. Capable of working autonomously, and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment. An unwavering passion for customer service. Attention to detail to ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Able to provide a current National Police Clearance.
